Child Welfare Status Review
What counts
Active moms currently in a track, and moms who completed a track this year with a welfare status on record at intake. One row per child.
Excluded
Moms who completed a track this year but have no welfare status on record at intake — there is nothing to validate.
Known limitation
Welfare status fields in Trellis are not consistently kept up to date. This report surfaces them for manual review because automated accuracy cannot be assumed.
Because this information has not been easily surfaced in Trellis V1, we want to ensure it is correct in our reporting for year-to-date information. Please use the table below to review whether the intake and latest welfare information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

What do I need to do?
1 Review the definitions. Open the Trellis Child Welfare Involvement Definitions so the statuses below are clear before you start.
2 Review each child's profile in the table below — intake and latest welfare status.
3 Mark any row for correction and note what the status should be. Corrections are saved only in this session — they are not shared until you export.
4 Download the CSV and send it to us. We make the correction in Trellis.
Do not correct statuses directly in Trellis. Updating a child's profile there adds a new entry dated today — it does not fix the intake or historical record. Use the correction column above, export the CSV, and send it to us instead.
⚠ Your corrections are saved only in this session. Download the CSV before you close or refresh the page, or your review will be lost.
